From the Indian Tandoor to the classic Italian wood-burning pizza ovens, ceramic cookers are famous for their tasty results.

After studying the design flaws in available ceramic grills and reviewing internet common customer complaints, we designed and built cookers with the finest materials and incorporated innovative design improvements. This is how we created the Komodo Kamado.

Precision airflow regulates the volume of air/oxygen available to the burning charcoal, this is how temperatures are controlled.

Excellent insulation values ensure that very little fuel is burned and very little hot air pass by your food. The end result is food that is tastes dramatically different with much less moisture loss and shrinkage. Komodo Kamado is the only ceramic type of cooker to use actual insulation.

Cooking temperatures from 180º to 800ºf are safely possible, thanks to our high temperature refractory materials. We are driven by an unyielding desire to build the best that is possible and believe the Komodo Kamado is the most user-friendly, thoughtfully designed ceramic grill available anywhere.
