Komodo Kamados were not designed for nor would the general public understand why we go to such expense and lengths to build a charcoal grill. While there is no stereotypical Komodo customer, the one thing they all have in common is being unusually passionate about quality food and how it improves their life. They have either been referred to me or have gone the extra mile to search out the best.
I feel it’s important for potential customers to completely understand what they are buying, what it can do and how it is best used. While we have done our best to supply photos, lists of features, specifications as well as links to reviews, there are often questions that area still unanswered.

Refund Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied your purchase, you may with written permission from Komodo Kamado. Authorised returns will be refunded or exchanged. You will be responsible for the freight charges for the delivery and return. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. If the crate has been opened and the grill removed you will be responsible for re-crating the grill as it was delivered to you and for any damages caused by improperly doing so. The grill should NOT be removed from the palette if you think you might want to return it.
