23 OTB weights

Happy New Year! I see the post back from 2006 on the weight of the base without the lid tobe 253-278lbs. Is this weight for the base still accurate? Also, how much does the lid weigh by itself? Thanks for the help...taking delivery early 2012 and can't wait!

Happy New Year! The total weight is around 600 pounds. The lid is around 100 pounds and the grills weigh around 75 pounds. That makes the weight of the base around 425 pounds. Dennis can provide more precise weights.
