Got the charcoal the other day and have used it twice so far. It seems to be far and away the best charcoal I've ever used. I've used coconut charcoal for many years and prefer it over anything else. If I want a really heavy smoked flavor I can just throw in a chuck of raw mesquite, hickory or whatever to it. Mostly, though, the light flavor of coconut is the way to go, but your coconut charcoal beats all the others. I've used Kamado, Afire and a couple other cocochars. Amazing how little ash yours has and how reusable the leftover is, how hot it is and free from extraneous odors.

It took me much longer to get it dialed in than I thought it would but I'm really pleased with it now.
