It has great photos and shows what the different cuts look like and how to prepare/trim them.. I've printed out photos and brought them to the butchers here in Indonesia. And some great recipes too..

Agreed, great site (has a nice forum as well);
I learned to slow cook on my WSM but I think it's time to upgrade to ceramics...
