These are Happy Campers References from the KK Forum

Of course, Dennis is the real deal. From the very beginning he has shown that he is dedicated to superior products and superior service. Period. Anyone who worries about ordering something so expensive that is made so far away, should cast those worries aside. Dennis will take care of you, no if's, no but's.

Happy To Be Here
Let me start by saying that I have over 40 years experience with Kamado cooking, beginning with my first Imperial Kamado in the 1960's, a replacement unit in 1990, and NOW upgraded to the OTB.
Now about Dennis. This guy is like somebody you may only do business with a couple of times in your life. I feel like we have become brothers during the experiences we have been through. Let me explain. After making my decision to buy the OTB, I waited for the arrival. When Dennis notified me of the arrival I sent him the funds for the OTB. Then US Customs got involved and delayed the shipment and ultimately wanted the cargo returned because the packing crates were not fumigated (who cares). Dennis immediately refunded my money until the delay was sorted out with customs. He did this entirely on his own, without even a suggestion to do so from me. A very pleasant surprise. The next thing I knew a trucking company was calling to arrange a delivery time. I received the Kamado, inspected it and set it in it's new home. I immediately sent payment to Dennis. He kept my money this time. Trust me, he earned it on this transaction. The trust and straightforward business approach Dennis demonstrates is truly unique.
I wish all my business experiences were as pleasurable as this has been. For all of you out there "on the fence". GET OFF! Dennis is the real deal and his product is like none I have experienced. It is everything as advertised and more. You won't be sorry.

My hats off to Dennis
the Komado that you are selling is absolutely an incredible piece of work> I have owned them all, the original fire clay kamado, the fire clay BGE from Taiwan, the fire clay grill dome, the RJ kamado, the ceramic BGE and your fine tuning and improvements just leave me speechless. Having been a "kamado dealer", i do give richard Johnson credit for his ability to re-define the design of the kamado. Unfortunately a business person he is not and his inability to for-see and correct problems inherent in his designs ultimately will be his demise. But his failures have lead us to you with you visions of fine tuning and making just major improvements has been to our benefit. I salute you on what you are doing and look forward to seeing what you do with this in the future.

If only every manufacturer was like Dennis
Wow.. I have never seen anything like the people at KK.. They actually do exactly what they say and do it promptly. The cooker works like a charm and everything is thought out and constantly being refined to make a better product. The fact that the input from this forum makes it into the final product is a breath of fresh air.. Keep it up Dennis

I am not sure how Dennis manages to have a life with all the stuff that comes his way. But rest assured, Dennis takes care of his customers and "puts his money where his mouth is". I already knew he had a reputation for great customer service but it is still great to witness it first hand.

I've had my KK for about a month now and I've got to tell you it's more than lived up to the "hype." Until you get in front of one and see the quality of these cookers you really don't appreciate how great this cooker is. The quality, materials and attention to detail that goes into making one of these is amazing.

This thing rates right up there with my first car-'57 Chevy Convertible-A thing of beauty. Everyone who comes to see it just stares and can't believe the beauty and quality workmanship that went into building it.

I could not resist and have a third on the way...
Dennis runs a first class operation with no equals in customer service and products. in my opinion, no others compare or compete.
Thank You Dennis.

Every single element of this grill is the thickest, heaviest, highest quality you can imagine. I seriously don't know what else could have been done to this product to make it any better. Dennis is a super high integrity person making a ridiculously high quality product. Wish I could afford another home so I could order another color...

We were all blown away by the quality of the unit. I can't recall a single purchase in the last 30 years in which there is such craftsmanship. It is incredibly engineered with an eye for detail. The artisans that built this in Indonesia must be very proud! I want to thank Dennis for his professionalism, probity, and responsiveness.

I have to say my wife is jealous of the affection I have showered on #598, now known as the Bronze Goddess! Customer service was fantastic! Dennis was very responsive and patient, answering all my questions pre-sale. The quality of construction, the quality and thoughtfulness of the crate and shipping protection were fabulous!

Our BGE is now in the side yard being seriously outclassed by the KK.
I had been using the BGE for nearly ten years in three different states cooking hundreds of meals...With that experience, I appreciate my new KK cooker even more.
The KK cooker looks great and works great. People notice it. Rotisserie cooking is a fantastic capability. The KK design and build quality rate 10 out of 10. I keep on discovering features that have been thoughtfully designed into the KK. Customer service is fantastic.

I must say, I have spent a few hours in my garage just looking at this thing, and I have to say, I am just astounded. Every detail, from the tile work, the grout work, the welding, the metalwork, the CNC lathed lip, you name it, this thing is without a doubt, one marvel of human engineering. Being a person with OCD myself, it is just always a kick to encounter a product like this that is so obviously the product of an obsessed mind, it just makes me grin at how over-the-top this thing really is! As an example, I have a huge stainless steel tool box in my garage with a built in refrigerator! I am sure Dennis spent sleepness nights thinking about every aspect of this grill, obsessing about more crazy features he could add to it!
The lip fits like a glove when you close it. The tile work is immaculate. Just for fun, I went back to the BBQ store today, and looked again at the BGE. It's like comparing a low-end toyota to a hand-made supercar.

Ok...so I'm excited...She arrived this afternoon and is already uncrated ready for final assembly caressing and staring...What a magnificent creation...My hat is off to you Dennis...what a wonderful thing you have done.

She's sitting on my patio with a couple of green, ovoid-shaped things that I used to think were pretty, but now just make me shake my head (no disrespect to the folks in Atlanta, or the people who love their products; I do too)...
This thing is great! I was totally surprised by the heft and quality of the stainless steel grids - unlike anything I've ever seen! Dennis has been completely helpful and very responsive to my questions/requests.

The accessories that come with this cooker are spectacular! I got three cooking grids, each one is almost heavier than my old charcoal grill. They are beautiful pieces of heavy stainless, as is the charcoal basket. Very nice, clean welds; impressive work. The spring and hinge assembly is equally impressive. All stainless, heavy duty fabrication.  The tile setter obviously knows how to lay out the tiles, he or she started a nice straight line on center and worked out beautifully. The machined interface between the lid and the body is smooth and tight, I've got no smoke leakage. The stainless name plate and big beefy lid handle are super to the eye and the hand. Really I could go on and on but if you read these forums much at all, you know this is a creme de la creme product, first rate. My day one impression is that this is the tops.

You cannot go wrong with a Komodo Kamado!
You too can make excellent BBQ. I've been very impressed with how easy it is to cook on the Komodo Kamado. I've never done this before but after all the reading I've done on this forum I decided I had to have one of these. Its one of the best decisions I've ever made. Cooking on it is a piece of cake...pour in a basket full of charcoal, hit it with a blow torch for a minute or so, let it burn a bit then really dial back the top and the daisy wheel and it just holds a low temp forever. Very nice.  Dennis has really thought this thing out and produces a top of the line product. Get one for yourself...you won't be disappointed.

Dennis provides incredible service. He answered my many e-mails and talked for almost an hour one time. I can't say enough about the incredible construction, continuous product improvements, and impeccable service Dennis has provided.  The unit arrived fine and I was even impressed with the details and care taken on how everything was secured and strapped down.
What's not to like about a Komodo Kamado and how a business owner takes such great pride, craftsmenship, and attention to product improvements as Dennis has?

Now the good stuff. I use my Komodokamado no less than 2 times per week, more often 3 or 4 times per week. My kids, I love them to death, are the pickiest eaters in the world. They usually give that spoiled grimace when you tell them whats for dinner, except now when I tell them its something off of the Komodo i get screams (these screams were usually reserved to pizza). My wife was the biggest pessimist about this purchase. I think her response was "You paid $3000 to a guy in Indonesia?
Dennis is a class act. If anyone has any reservations about sending that kind of cash to someone overseas without even seeing the physical product, I can fully understand it. However, you can rest assured that you will be taken care of. You will get a product that is as beautiful as it is functional. I have to keep reminding myself that it is not a grill as it does so much more. I have not turned on the oven in my house since I received the Komodo. I was really taken aback when my better half came up to me last week and said that we should make some pulled pork on my new grill and take it to her brothers house for the 4th of July. That was what I term, "Final Acceptance". It is now part of the family.

I highly recommend the KK, they are a bit pricey but the best usually is. Buying a KK at these prices over the internet, sight unseen from a far away land takes a leap of faith; but I am glad I did. Rest assured that Dennis will stand behind his product, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to this company. I can sum it all up by saying I am a very happy camper and thank you Dennis for making it available.

I just paid for the 5th Komodo from Dennis. I've been busy pimping friends and family the last little while. Great product and SERVICE from Dennis. The KOMODO experience can't be beat. Anyone on the fence needs to jump in head first.

We too are happy campers! We have a multi $000's Viking gasser that has melted its gas ignighter 2 times at our Wichita home and a Lynx gasser at our Breckenridge, CO vacation home that we have never used because it sits in the shadow of our KK OTB Supreme. (The gasser is for emergencies only.) We have just ordered a Gen2 Ultimate for Wichita--BRING IT ON!! We have never experienced the kind of attention to detail and product improvement recomendations from users actually executed like Dennis Linkletter! We have all the resources to get the best of good stuff and we suppose there is a price where we would say that this is no longer a good value. The Komodo Kamado is absolutely the best value (and product) out there if you like to grill/bar-b-q/smoke.  Don't waste your time or money buying anything other than a Komodo Kamado--period!

I purchased a KK in November of last year and immediately fell in love with it. It was easy to start and use and the workmanship is of the highest quality. It makes cooking a pleasure and I must admit there is a zen like satisfaction in seeing your Komodo smoking in the breeze as it cooks a delicious meal. It's just a pleasure to see and use in every imaginable way.

Unfortunately, there was a problem that developed over time with my KK caused by a defective part, NOT a manufacturing error. In recent weeks my KK became more and more difficult to operate properly and Dennis' helpful and timely advice failed to address the issue. I must admit I was concerned because it was a sizable investment and obviously you take a leap of faith when you buy anything over the internet. Today I came home from work and sitting in my driveway is a brand new Komodo, sent by Dennis completely free of charge. He could have given me a small refund or told me tough luck. But this is a man who takes pride in his business, his reputation and his product, for good reason. He made good in every conceivable way and you can be sure if you are on the fence about making the plunge, Dennis will do everything possible to make you a satisfied customer.
I hope to sell 100 of these things if I can and I can't speak highly enough of Dennis or his product.
Amazing!

I did my homework and started emailing and calling Dennis, who surprise, surprise, actually responded! How refreshing in today's sales climate to have someone as genuine and accessible as Dennis. What a class act.
Needless to say, the folks on this board and Dennis himself continue to add their advice and mutual experience to aid in the trip over the learning curve, which has been delicious!
Kudos Dennis, a first class product, produced by a first class person and provided in a first class purchase. Keep up the awesome work and add me to your Christmas card list!

I have had my new KK for the past couple of months and it is an amazing cooking tool.I have been able to maintain temperatures as low as 250 F to searing 800 F with great precision and very little effort. I want also to offer some perspective on Dennis' now well established customer service commitment. The delivery of the KK got as complicated as it could be. The first one was dropped and broken by the trucking company. To compensate, they then delivered two new ones. Finally they managed to retrieve the extra one and we were done. Dennis was there and helping every step of the way and he did not once argue or complain about the total aggravation and cost this entailed . Great service, and thank you!

I am in Que Heaven...
I got to admit I have a bit of an eye for pretty things, and that green egg on my deck did not fit the bill. A few searches on the internet brought me to Dennis' web site. I was smitten...
Best part is, the beauty is not only skin deep, but the geek in me had plenty to be happy about in the technical obsession going on in the KK. State of the art everything, ISO 9001 certified, ceramic vs. refractory, accessory nirvana. Oh boy. Well, the real test came in the presentation to the little lady, showed her the pics, and all she said is "When are you gonna get it?"
The rest is a tale of the best customer service, prompt delivery, perfect workmanship, and among the best of things, this forum. Ain't a better bunch of folks then you can find here on this forum...
The food that comes off that thing makes even a novice look like a pro. The temp stability is truly remarkable....
I am as happy a customer as you can be, and would highly reccommend this fine piece of workmanship to anyone remotely interested in a smoker/BBQ. Doing the math, all the accessories that this thing comes with, it's a steal.
Smoke on brothers and sisters, life is too short...

An impressive piece of gear
I took delivery of my Gen II Ultimate KK #356 on Dec 28th, about 3 weeks after I ordered it. From the moment the truck arrived, I knew I made the right choice. Even the crate is impressive and thoughtfully designed. How many crates have you received that come with their own crowbar!!!

When you invest in a ‘grill’ like this, you have pretty high expectations, and I can tell you that it has met every one of my expectations, and then some. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident everywhere, from the fit and function of the doors, vents and grills, to the aesthetics of the design and color. It looks great, and it works great. No shortcuts have been taken.

This thing works as advertised. The dome opens and closes with one hand, and aligns perfectly. The precision vents allowed me to adjust temperatures within 5-10 degrees the first time I lit it. The grills each fit precisely into the main body of the grill, and have details built in that make them even more functional, such as the hinged main grill and open portion of the lower grill that allow addition of more charcoal or smoke wood during use without having to remove the grills.
The KK forum, and the folks who contribute, are an added bonus. If you’ve got questions, they have answers!! And Dennis has been incredible in getting me off to a great start. His customer service is the best I have ever seen. I am a VERY happy camper. If you have any reservations about getting a KK, do it.

Best Cookers Ever!
I have owned kamados for about 30 years, starting with the clay ones from the old Pacinko House, now BGE, which I regularly had to glue back together, 2 different ones from Richard and I have loved them all. I have now been cooking on my new Komodo Kamado for 2-3 months and I can say it is by far the best of the bunch.
The stainless steel is beautiful and the accessories, racks, grills and everything else are all awesome.
I cooked 22 filet mignons at one time for my wife's office Christmas party last Friday and was able to serve them just as ordered, 2 rare, 18 medium rare and 2 medium well. I could not have gotten that many on any of my old kamados.
Atlanta is the home to several kamado manufacturers, including the BGE, Primo Kamdo and a couple of others. I have seen and compared them all.
I loved my old K but the Komodo Kamado is hands down the best cooker I have ever used.

I waited until Dennis finished the CNC cut stainless pieces for the KK. I am glad that I did. The grills look and operate like a well oiled machine. A machine that cooks the best damn grilled food that I have ever had. I have had food on other grills, but none can compare to the KK. Another great aspect of the grill is it's looks. Mine is sitting out on my pool deck and people are amazed at the look of it. Some people think it is a statue or a piece of art. I am an Engineer/Architect here in FL, so look for the KK in magazines soon, we plan on dispaying them in our new homes that are being built. That's all for now. Thanks Dennis. You are the MAN!!

I'm a new owner of a KK. I'm extremely happy with the product. I can't come up with the proper adjective to adequately explain how happy I am with the customer service. The only "bad" thing about the customer service is that it is spoiling me for any other company I have to deal with!
KK has been a dream. The product has been a dream. I must say I love the one touch open feature. Providing the socket for the spring is a nice touch. So was including a small iron to take apart the crate. The little touchs are great and also add up to attention to detail.

It's Here !!
Well It's finally here a dozen of emails and several phone calls from the man himself (Dennis). My new OTB Supreme still in the crate is sitting on the patio.
All I can say is wow! The photos don't do it justice I mean this cooker is a work of art. I think my Better Half wants to place it in the house like a Beautiful Sculpture. Of course I have different plans for this oustanding Ceramic Cooker starting with a Gigantic Pork Shoulder and a couple Racks of Savory Ribs.
So thanks again Dennis for making this transaction one of the easiest and most pleasurable purchases I have ever made. I look forward to many years of Great Cooking.

Mr. Happy
I'm a forum reader not poster. However, I felt compelled to share my positive experience so others exploring, like me, can be assured the KK is all it's hyped to be.
I must admit, I had concerns about making a large purchase like this over the internet. The many amazing innovations where certainly impressive. However, it was the many examples of terrific customer service that swayed me to make this purchase. Anyway, I just received my grill and it is absolutely exquisite.
By the way, I've experienced great customer service first hand. My KK had minor damage to a few tiles near the back hinge during shipment. Dennis called me immediately, has materials on the way and is sending me step-by-step picture directions to help me make the repairs. He is actually simulating the damage to my cooker on one of his cookers to create the picture directions. I was impressed by the quick response, but even more by the passion and enthusiasm that was evident. Dennis is really excited about what he's doing and passionate about making sure his customers are satisfied. Wow - that's a rare commodity these days. Dennis, thanks again for making my buying experience so positive.

Happy Camper
By nature I am a lurker rather than a poster and this is my first post on any forum. I could no longer remain silent and felt that I needed to "testify" on behalf of the KK product and our trusted leader Dennis.
My initial KK story was somewhat bumpy with 2 different Komodos damaged in transit from the Orient. One was destroyed and never reached Raleigh the other reached my home was signed for by me and only later found to have serious damage from improper repackaging after going through customs. After discovering the damage I finally accepted the fact that I was a fool for trying to import (without a distributor) the finest cooker available. My wife gave me that "I told you so look" and I essentially kissed my hard earned money good by knowing that guy in Indonesia had my money and a signed receipt and I had a damaged grill.
In any event I was wrong! Dennis made good on his promise and I had my new KK in a few weeks; this time undamaged. I BELIEVE!!!
PS My damaged KK has been salvaged by a fellow Raleigh-ite, none other than the Naked Whiz who was kind enough to help me get this 500+ pound monster up on my deck!
Happy Que-ing

Amazing Customer Support
Hi All,
I have been researching the purchase of my KK for a while now and the customer support Dennis has provided me through this has been amazing. He has answered my bazillions of emails promptly, courteously and informatively. Heck he has even gotten to somewhat know me and made some suggestions with respect to my purchase of a KK (and my needs and likes) that were right on the mark. Just too cool!
Oh yeah and one more amazing thing...this is the guy who owns/manages the company. Despite that he has made me feel like me getting me just the right KK was his top priority...in fact I am certain it is!
I know I am not telling any of you veteran KK owners anything new...but if you are new to the forum and considering a KK...email Dennis and experience some KK Customer Support first hand!...try it you'll like it!

Beautiful Cooker
I am the happy owner of a Supreme OTB Dark Terra Blue. It is a lovely piece of work. I have cooked with a competitors model for 2 years but this is like moving to the majors after an extended stay in the carolina league. The cooker seems more efficient and has better airflow management. Dealing with Dennis has been easy and very business-like: also a pleasant distinction. Great job and keep making these things.

New Obsession
Chris calls and invites me to a July 4th BBQ and he cooks a great meal for a bunch of friends on his Primo and I tell him I gotta get another Primo for Ft. Lauderdale and he says "don't do it, check out komodokamado.com." He says he has never seen one but just look at it and he wants one so bad he can't stand it. What??You must be kidding. Are you sure?? He says "check it out, it's real nice, but don't let me influence you." Uh huh.
So I start emailing Dennis and the obsession grows and my wife is wondering how she lost me so quick to a grill. I order a black tile supreme OTB, paypal without any risk or trouble, wait a while and it hits California, gets fondled by customs for a week and then trucked xcountry to Ft.L. The delivery guys can't get it around the side of the house with their forklift on wheels and leave this beheamouth boxed at the front door. And my son and I dive in and open up one slat on the top and all I want to know is how in the world Dennis knew I didn't own a crowbar and there is one mounted inside the crate in order to take the rest of the crate apart. The casters on the OTB allow us to EASILY roll it around the house to the backyard and I send Eric to the boat for a set of sockets to adjust the hood spring that was left loose during transport. We get it perfectly adjusted, opens like a DVD door and start to unwrap the rest of the packaging to find a homemade 19mm socket with wrench handle welded on just in case we didn't have one already. I'm thinking this is unbelievable. I have never purchased a product so well thought out with such amazing customer service.
Got a call from Chris' wife yesterday, she says Chris is going nuts over my KK and she wants to get him one for Xmas and I say well let me contact Dennis and lets see what we can do... Uh Huh...no influence at all.
PS, Last night I got a phone call from Dennis, that's right, from freakin Indonesia, he said he was worried about me and wanted to make sure my grill got here OK and was I happy. Man o man, I told him I need another one for a friend.

1st cook in New Orleans!
My KK arrived on 12/26. Uncrated it and then realized that this puppy weighed in at 550 lbs and it was going to need more than 2 good people to get it off the pallet.
Must admit there is definitely a different learning curve on the Komodo. I have cooked and owned the fire clay primo, the fire clay BGE, the ceramic BGE, and the Kamado (RJ) and this guy is different. Let me explain...
The ceramic BGE I still own one and I do like it. It heats up very quickly, the "body" of the cooker radiates a fair amount of heat so you can "feel" it heating up. It maintains the temp fairly well and I find that it cooks rather quickly in that it deserves a fair amount of attention while it is cooking. Good for cooking hot dogs, hamburgers, and I have done some slow cooking on it but not enough to compare it to the Kamado(RJ).
The kamado (RJ) is is one of the reasons why we own or wish to own a Komodo. I know Richard and I believe that his ideas in regard to "ceramic" cooking were truly revolutionary in his time for the Kamado. His inspirations led us to a radically re-designed "kamado" from Japan. I have used the kamado since 1998 ( I was a regional dealer at the time) and have been enthustically pleased with the results that it produces. The kamado when fired up needs time to heat the body of the cooker up to maintain temps; I have found that it is easy to over-correct for temps. once they have achieved the temp that you want it is difficult to lower the temp because of the body retaining heat. But that is one of the pluses of the Kamado over the BGE... more mass. Unfortunately there are inherent problems with the kamado that have not been corrected and there does not seem to be any resolution in the near future. These problems are well known and there is no need to go into them at this time.
Fire Clay cookers BGE, Primo. I have bought them also years ago and basically they are not worth any way near the money they were purchased for years ago. Soft clay, cannot handle the temps we "americanos" use in cooking our foods. We want to be able to slow cook and yet "sear" tenderloins all on the same cooker and that is not possible on a "fire clay" cooker. I had fun with them and then they were trashed.
The Komodo......yes! What an animal! Right from the moment it came out the crate it was a beast!!! ( I am quoting my 18 year old step-son). The detail compared to ALL the other "ceramic" cookers is mind boggling! I finally got to use it tonight and I must admit it was definitely a learning experience! I fired up the lump charcoal and it was a red, glowing blaze in 10 minutes using an electric charcoal starter.  Tried to achieve the "usual" body temp that I generally get on the BGE as the internal temp starts to rise but I am not able to feel it. Whats going on?? Got my thermometer in and the temps are slowly rising. Look inside and there is a raging fire coming from the fire box below the ceramic plate. Open the top damper. OK, things are looking good. Open the lower damper a little more. temps rising...325....350.......375..... ok stop. Close lower damper. Top damper open a good bit. Temps maintaining at 350... cook for 20 minutes at 350.....done!!!
The Komodo has an incredible ability to maintain temps. It is definitely different from any other ceramic cooker that I have cooked on. There is literally no heat transfer to the outer shell when cooking. The BGE and the Kamado you could put your hands on the outside and it would be hot to the touch; the Komodo was cool the entire time
The ability to maintain a specific temps on the Komodo was truly impressive. This is something that I have not been able to truly achieve on any of the other cookers that I have owned.
Thanks Dennis!

Extremely Happy KK camper
As someone who's owned almost every type of ceramic cooker, I can say that the Komodo Kamado is definitely the top of the line!
From the time of my first contact with Dennis to receiving my cooker, the communication and customer service have been EXCELLENT!
Happy to finally own the top-of-the-line and happy to know that Dennis will continue to support improvements and further accessories.
There is absolutely no comparison in customer service to any other ceramic manufacturer I've ever dealt with.
Included features and build-quality put my Mexi-K to shame.
Thanks for a great product Dennis!!

KK Arrived In Perfect Condition
UPS freight arrived on Saturday with a new OTB Supreme.
The packing crate was the best I have ever gotten compared to 3 other ceramic BBQ. I would rate it a 10 on scale of 0-10. Three other Ceramics I have received would get a 2.
The grout finish was smooth and much better than any other I have had.
The surface finish on the lid & main body where they meet was just outstanding as well as the top hat to lid.
The spring adjustment was easy and lid opening & closing was just superb.
The bottom door and its design with a SS lined receptacle is just outstanding.  You have any competitors slam dunked.

Good customer service
My name is Keith, and I will try to keep this short. I purchased a smoker about two or three years ago. The place were the bands mounted cracked. I called Dennis expecting the worst. What I got was a person, and a company that stood behind there product. They made everything perfect. 100% satisfaction. If any body is considering buying a smoker, do not just compare prices. It's worth a few pennies for customer service.

Another satisfied customer
I received my OTB supreme in vibrant blue and it is nothing short of stunning. I have a black textured #7 from Richard and Co. and this thing is far superior. The workmanship is awesome. The stainless steel is incredible, the top damper actually works fantastic and is so much easier to spin and the spring loaded top is ingenious. Now my wife can actaully use the grill because she doesn't have to lift a finger to get the top up. Anyone who is thinking of getting one of these shouldn't wait. It is the most incredible grill you will ever see. Thanks Dennis for all your help, customer service, and for making a true work of art! This thing is awesome!!!
